Actually I wrote the comment before making my research. I was under the impression that fuck meant Fornication Under the Consent of the King which according to my knowledge was a sign that one had to be provided by the state in order to have sex in times of major viruses. However after some research it appears that this is just an urban legend. But a really good one that ought to be passed on.
